I have flown AA a few times, I take it you are flying out of Perth. AA weight all lugguge, I think it is around $8 per kilo over the 15kl you are allowed. Also they weight (sometimes) you carry on bag, if that is over weight they make you take it out and put in your lugguge that is going in plane underneath. They do not allow ANY EXCESS without paying, both ways, Peth to Bali and Bali back.
