You learn how to make (and eat) all of the dishes in the feast you get at the end of the bike tour. It was deluxe!! Wayan has a very clean outdoor kitchen in his compound and his wife, Made, takes you through step by step - duck, chicken, chicken sate, tempeh (so nice - I have never tried it before), tofu, gado gado and a couple of other things. You also do a tour of the Ubud market which is a real eye opener. I think we paid $300k each which includes transport. Good value compared to other schools in Kuta I thought.
