I think you will have a brief layover in Singapore and might have to go to another Terminal for the flight to Denpasar. Thus you will have time to shop at Singapore. It is centrally located and there are signs all over.
Name brands at this shop is likely to be cheaper than in Bali.
Another option is to buy at the duty free shop in Bali. I am told choices are limited and it is after you have cleared immigration and customs.
