Some on this forum would have us believe that DPS is NEVER busy, and its a casual 15 minute stroll through each time.
I have seen it like this too, especially at around 8am..
I have also seen it with manic queues moving at snails pace and hundreds of sweating pi**ed off people.
There are services available to anyone who wants to "insure" themselves against arrival headaches, and if the poster searches the archives under VIP they will be inundated by heaps of information, some good and some bad.
I'm sure however that they appreciate the choice of using such a service or not as the case may be.
