Last year Jengalla were having a "sale in their shop opposite Hardy's in Sanur. I love ceramics and was looking forward to buying a few pieces but the prices for what you get are seriously inflated. While the designs are interesting the actual quality is very ordinary and so I ended up buying nothing when I considered the cost of the ceramics plus the hassle of transporting them back.
For me the best bargains in shopping are the teenage boys' clothes I can buy at Matahari. My sons are slim and it's very difficult for the 15 year old to buy pants in his size but good old Matahari has so many pants and shirts that fit his long,skinny frame.
