Its really just good hygiene practice, I carry hand santitiser with me, as some toilets dont have soap etc..and my kids get into the habit of using it before we eat etc...we only drink bottled water and wash our teeth using this as well......the last time we went we used the "Travel Bug " tablets you can get at the chemist.You take one every morning..my youngest daughter couldnt swallow them, so we diluted the powder with water each morning....having said all that..myself and my youngest daughter had no problems, but my hubby and oldest daughter got a slight case of bali belly...
