I dont think you will buy any off the shelf that size but why dont you take your favorite shoes over to Bali and get them copied? I know someone that had that size shoe and thats what they did. Sometimes Marley from bali in Garlic Lane Legian can make to order from what designs he has in the shop but if you are only staying a short time I dont think he would have them ready but you never know until you ask.
