We are in Bali at the moment and have bought some motorbike protective gear from Aboden Tuban (400x Jl. Raya Kuta - Phone 0361 753 387 (not sure if this is the correct address as taxi drivers seemed to get lost - just get the taxi driver to ring first for directions). Our children are 8 and 11 and managed to get them boots and helmets but thats about it, they didn't have any clothing in smaller sizes and said they couldn't order in smaller sizes. You could maybe get pants made at a tailors.
