No, Alex's apartment is next door.
We initially approached Alex but when his apartment was not available for the period we required, he referred us to his neighbour. We paid significantly more than Alex advertises his apartment for, but it was money well spent.
Am sure you'll enjoy Alex's apartment... same layout but differing furniture from the looks of it. (I think I like the apartments' furnishings that we stayed in a bit better, but not much in it).
