sherbert is correct, you have to pay extra for drinks, food, comfort pack and video player with Jetstar.
My wife returned from a QFF flight on Monday SYD to Jakarta return. This was a regular Qantas flight, so she received all the extras for nothing.
If she had taken the Jetstar flight to DPS instead, she would have had to pay for the extras. In QFF terms, both DPS and Jakarta cost the same number of QFF points.
Go figure.
