we have a 2 year old that we have taken to bali twice and havent had any problems at restaurants. As others have mentioned taking things to entertain them is the key and ensuring that you eat at places that are inviting to families. Bali is a family destination and this is reflected in the way that staff have treated us as a family and will always try to accommodate whenever possible.
