we have taken our son to bali since he was five months old ( he is now 12 yo )and eaten out every night we've been there with never any drama. the balinese love children and love to entertain and treat them, and tourists seem very relaxed and unfazed by young ones dawdling around. we actually find that most tourists are very helpful and mindful of your children, unlike back home. most resturants other than posh exclusive ones will welcome you and your family with open arms
