Hi,The spa here is absolutely gorgeous. Even when not staying here we try to get here. Might be abit cheaper when your staying at the hotel. There is another spa in the street just a short walk from Puri Ayu, I have heard mixed reports. Mine wasnt good, the girl was way too rough, and after being spoiled at Puri Santrian, the rooms and decor was a little bit (?).Beach massages plentiful and very cheap.
Vaccinations, I think are a matter of choice. You dont Have to have anything, but I would check with your doctor. Many people will take precautions against malaria, tetanus or typhoid. I, too, kind of agree with clovis about moving about, the hotels are a very short walking distance apart, would you not be better off just staying at santrian so you dont have to waste time moving? All the best, you'll have fun anyway!!
