I do like your opinion Yowser - and just to push it further I might add that Canberra seem to always be over-reactive / over protective / 'CYA' in regard to these travel warnings.
Look at the equivalent website for US citizens (and I must say that in my opinion the USA is probably THE most protective country in regards to its citizens) has NO travel warning in place for Bali/Indonesia. Seems that the USA does have a travel warning in place for US citizens going to GERMANY - and many other countries - but nothing now for Indoensia. I think I read somethig that there were around 90,000 US citizens visiting Indonesia last year....
