BANG- just gave myself a fright

My circle k cigarette lighter i bought In Bali in Oct. just exploded!!!!
i had it in my bra(as u do) and as i was undressing for the shower,the lighter fell to the floor and....EXPLODED. Mr beemay came running to see what I had broken lol
I've dropped lighters on many occasions, never had one go off like a bunger lol

cost me 1000rp whats that 10cents? could have taken out an eye though,it ended up in 3 pieces and very sharp pointy plastic and the metal part at the top was really hot.it took 10 mins for the smell of the gas to go away.

Thought I'd mention it here,don't know if anyone else has had a problem with them..
I'll be taking my own lighters next time.
