there are a few "spirits" leaning against the bar.....but a total lack of spirits (although not "spirit") behind the bar.
The best person to ask the question to is Andrew, who may just be domiciled at the bar with laptop at hand.
It seems to be a licencing issue, and I'm sure he will have an answer for you.
