It probabaly depends on what you like in a hotel.
The Inna kuta is quite isolated, no restaurants etc very close by. Rooms are lovely and the pool is very big (but a long way from the rooms).
The Bali Dynasty has a kids club, it's a very social atmosphere around the poolbar. They also have activities around the pool for the guests. The rooms are good and most have been newly renovated.
The Bali Garden has a lovely pool area but the rooms are very basic. The prices at the bar are very reasonable and it's quite a social atmosphere.
The Ramayana is a very quiet hotel with no swim up pool bar. Mainly just people laying around the pool reading. Not really a place for children unless they are very quiet kids.
I can't comment on the Santika personally but from what i've read it's more of a couples/older persons hotel.
