2 Jan we caught a taxi from Kuta, only minutes from the airport but because of peak traffic and holiday traffic loads of people from Java and Jakarta, it took about twenty minutes, very direct route to airport. The pickup for 120 thou sounds very reasonable to your accomodation considering the distance. At least you will know they know where thry are going. Always puts you on a good note with the staff if you are staying somewhere select. Besides you will get a good tour guide. Have a great time.
