Flying on Garuda

I would be very appreciative of any advice on how to book and pay for a flight on Garuda Airlines. I am currently in the U.S. and have tried to call Garuda a few times, all before noon Bali time, and the line always seems busy. Is there an agency, in the US or in Bali, I could work through? What do you recommend? Thanks. -Zack
