Some agree VIPVOA is officially sanctioned in that way.
Others probably still do not and see it as whatever...especially if they think someone is getting something from continually "advertising" it here.
Some see that you can pay VOA in whatever currency & that's ok.
Others do not.
Some see that getting USD beforehand to pay VOA is a pain.
Others do not.
(Nothing to do with being organised as they are already organised with AUD or Rupiah & choose not to get USD)
Some see waiting waiting in line for VOA a pain & therefore use VIPVOA.
Others don't & so don't use it.
Quite frankly the 2 arguments for & against for both VIPVOA & currency payment for VOA are a pain in the backside.
If posts just outline the options without judgement ..then the person concerned can make up their own minds & choose which way suits them.
