If you are buying a laptop to give to someone in Bali or because you will be living there, then Remo mall is probably the best option as there are many computer stores there and price is reasonably competitive.
If you want one for use in Australia, then get one here - they are cheaper and no problems with warranty. Research what you want then hunt around on internet for best price.
Buying a laptop in Bali for use in Australia is OK to do, except 1. warranty issues, 2. you have to buy a new plug, 3. it might be localised for Indonesia, so you will probably have to reload the operating system, 4. you can't always trust that the software you purchase is a genuine copy.
