Qunci Pool Villas are lovely if you can get in.
They also have hotel room accom which is also nice at Qunci Villas (google and the website will explain)
Alternatively, Puri Mas Villas might be an option, not sure if in the price range.
My personal preference would be Beach Club Senggigi which is quite a bit less than your budget but very nice, new bungalows right on the beach just south of the main Senggigi strip. There is only 4 bungalows, pool, bar.
