Locks will not keep anyone out of your suitcase. You really want to know if anyone has been in your case. Based on this I use coloured cable ties through the zips. At least if it is missing I know someone has interfered with my case.
My wife had locks destroyed in New York and then put back on leaving her unable to access her case without destroying the zips. A simple cable tie would have solved this issue.
Just my thoughts anyway. Do what you feel most comfortable with and have a great holiday
