is common as sometimes agents will not let the hotels know how many rooms they have sold until the last minute, and sometimes hotels, like planes, will accept more bookings than they have space for because of no shows.
I would not be happy if I was a regular customer though and I certainly would not accept being sent to the Kuta Paradiso.
Last year the Jayakarta was sending overbooked clients to amazing villas and 4-5 star hotels .
