Wina holiday villa kuta anyone stayed??

have had a look in the archives, but no recent feedback on this property. Just wondering if anyone has stayed there recently. We normally stay in Legian, but the places we normally stay at are getting too pricey. This seems reasonable and was wondering whether this would suit 2 x families with kids aged 11-14 years??

Is it close to the beach and shopping in Legian????
