Ive stayed in many rooms at champlung mas, if there was a problem with any of them I would talk to Carlos who works reception and he would soon sort the problem or organise another room without to much fuss for us.
Ive stayed at a few other hotels in the area and I keep coming back to Champlung I think the rooms are much bigger than some of the others, the staff are very friendly they all know us now quite well.
The pool is nice and the atmosphere is great most people are friendly,but as they say you get what you pay for. Jordie who works the pool bar is great value for a laugh.
