I used to fly Washington DC-New York-Frankfurt-Singapore-Lombok by Singapore Airlines.
For my next trip, I plan to fly by Korean Airlines. They have a non-stop flight (14 hours) from Washington DC to Inchon/Seoul, Korea and then another 7 hours flight to Denpasar after a layover of about 90 minutes.
Fares in April may be "peak season" and by Korean Airlines it could be as much as $1,500 from JFK-Seoul-Denpasar (R/T).
Certainly Singapore Airlines service is very good but there is a layover in Frankfurt and then the flight arrives in Singapore early morning and the connecting flight to Denpasar is few hours away.
My recommendation is you check out Korean Airlines. They have daily flights from Washington DC, New York, may be Houston and then from West Coast.
