i think you are wrong! i was there for over 2 weeks, i think i saw the manager once in that time, and yes you are right about the walkie talkie which the boys in the coffee shop kept trying and we were told sorry they are all at lunch, we had to wait till they came back to get some pool towels. We spent alot of time around the pool, trust me there was no manager there.
