Have just posted my thoughts about the breakfast at KTH in a post below yours if you want to check it out....very good and fresh!
We were in a 2 bedroom 1 bathroom apartment in Nov and had direct pool access, which is great! I think but please don't quote me, you can get a room that you want with direct pool access, but unfortunately you cannot book specific rooms like that. They cannot tell you what room you will have until the day you check in from our experience.
Also the rooms that have direct pool excess are not anymore expensive than any another room which is great! Another plus for KTH!!
As other people have mentioned, we did find the pool towels smelt horrible like cat pee when wet...so please don't leave them in your room to dry :-) Hope they have fixed that problem esp since we have just booked again for Sept. :-)
