How to book Hard Rock, info please.

Hi,
Am hoping someone can help with making a booking at Hard Rock Kuta.

Has anyone booked through their website?

They do an early bird special which only seems to be offered directly through themselves.
Have searched most of the other online agents but none match the HRH price.
Local Perth Travel agents have quoted huge prices.

Am just a bit concerned about how secure their website is for payment.
Have thought of phoning them but sometimes communication via telephone in Bali can be daunting!

Have been waiting for JefferyJames or is it JamesJeffery to do his JBR for info but guess he has Bali Blues as no postings yet!!!

Hope someone can help.
