We did about 9 dishes, 2 soup, 5 mains, 2 desserts and sauces. Most of the hands on involves stirring or grinding spices. You get a certificate and recipes at the end. It goes for about 4 hours. I booked through Anthony BC in Legain St. He is the first stand after the one at the Aquarius Star Hotel between there and the intersection with Kuta Pantai or you can book direct, their number is 361875979. You may also see their brochure at other stands. At $52 US their price is a lot less then the $75 US I have seen advertised elsewhere. If you google their name you will probably find their website.
