The one I had done was like a number plate. Got it done by a guy out front of a stall in Poppies 2 - if you start at Legian Street and head towards beach, go past Bounty Hotel etc, round the bend to the left and maybe half way down that strip of shops. You will need to look carefully as just a small little stand in front of the stall. Can't remember exactly what I paid but somewhere between $10 and $20 sounds about right.
