They offered to decorate tables around the pool for us for 40 guests and the cost of the food was 250,000 rupiah per person.
The Patra is on the beach, you could organise al la carte or have a buffet, they will organise what you want.
Drinks would be on top of food, or you could ask them to serve beer, wine, juice and soft drinks only.
I think this would be affordable and may not cost you the $3000 however it always depends on how much people drink.
They also can organise flowers,music and dancers if you require entainment.
The Patra was quite a good price all up.
