SCHEDULED flight time is 3hr 40min, that is from the time the aircraft leaves its departure gate, to the point it stops at the arrival airport terminal. Time is built in to include taxiing around each airport, and also for small delays in air traffic control. Flying time depends a lot on prevailing weather conditons (headwind/tailwind) & the actual aircraft load/weight. 3 hours is good but not that unusual on a good run.
