I am a travel agent based in Perth.
All my clients (booked via Creative Holidays and New Horizons Holidays)have been upgraded to "The Haven" with no additional payment. The Breezes hotel has been placed on a stop sell so from now on no more bookings for Breezes. It is still operating however I am now unwilling to sell to my clients. Its a shame it was a great hotel with great rates. When things have settled we may sell it again. Please check with your agent. It may be worth making the choice to pay to upgrade to another hotel even if you need to pay.
