or even the Puri Raja is'nt luxury but it a damn sight better than the Grand Kumala. Its budget. its basic, its run down. The rooms are musty and the bed linen old.That's why it's cheap.
btw it's worn out although a warning is probably more appro.
It's ok if people know what to expect and posters here are doing just that.
