If PR are saying they are fully booked

14 & 15 why would you think Access on Line may have availability at PR? I wouldn't risk losing my money or arriving at PR on 14th and finding there is no booking. Why not book PR direct from 16th and contact Jayakarta, Melasti, Kusnadi etc for the other two nights?
Or stay in Ubud or Sanur for 2 nights then move to PR
