my experience was not really a good one, first I was quoted AUD$1,500. for 2 aids and when I agreed with the price they rang me later and said they did not have those priced aids any more and the price was now over $2,000. I told him no thanks as I was not sure of the quaility and could get them in Aussie for that price.
Next day another phone call, yes they will do 2 aids for $1,500. so the guy comes to the hotel to make the mould then pushes the cotton wool in too far and could not get it out. Finally it comes out, not a good experience.
When I received the aids was not happy with the quality of the sound, as I have worn hearing aids since I was 6 (now 50+)I was pretty experienced with sounds, fitting etc.
Had to go back many times to try and get the sound adjusted and eventually had to go back to aussie. I use them as a second pair (emergency) and when I go over seas but for me I will only buy from Australia from now on.
I am sure there are some happy customers out there as well, this is just my experience.
