as in i always have travel insurance but my insurer (quite rightly) said i should apply to air asia for a refund. it was only a small amount of money, so i gave up trying to contact uncontactable people in charge. that's why i won't fly with them again. and no, i'm not english, but i do quite like an ale or two of an evening.
