Were issueing boarding passes showing gate nine as the depature gate. Upon arrival at gate nine we were told to wait as the boarding process had not started. Just as well I have good hearing as ONE announcment came over the intercom stating the flight was leaving from gate two and as regular bali visiters will know Gate two is a fair distance from gate nine.We boarded our flight with two min to spare before close off time and noticed an unuaslly ammount of vacant seats upon takeoff.Can only wonder if others were still waiting at gate nine to board. Tryin to contact Airasia by phone day or night to confirm flight times is a waste of time as the numbers just ring out.We will fly airasia again but will triple check EVERTHING .
