to all those childish loudmouths who took this post the wrong way; I was not being a racist, nor was I discrimating anyone! I was telling the story as it was. I mentioned the Indonesian couple cause they told me they paid the person who was checking them in to have them seat together. As for insurance, YES I do have it, and it pays $5000, way more then the $20 per Kilo that AA was willing to pay after 30 days.

But it is not the money that matters, because we lost so many memories. Do a search and you will understand what I do for the underprivileged children in Bali, it was our 3rd time to Bali this year and our 1st time loosing a bag, so obviously I was mad about it. FYI, we brought 120 Kilos of Books, Toys, Stationeries, Clothes, and bought a $1500 thousand dollars (SGD) of rice, oil, coffee, noodles and canned food in Bali just to distribute them to the orphanages and the village at the base. The videos and picture of these were stored in discs which were in the bag that was lost.

So let me assure you, I can afford to pay for the extra $2 to choose my seat(S), but I was told by the call centre agent 5 times that I need not! Everyone is entitled to their own opinion. Grow up ... and I hope it is your luggage that gets lost soon!:)
