Centro (Discovery Mall) both stock a brand of bag called "Crumpler" which stock laptop bags amongst other types. They are great quality with lifetime guarantee and had 30% off some styles (inc laptop) in December. That are not cheap particularly by Bali standards @ IDR 1M/AUD $100 or so, you could google "Crumpler Australia" to check out syles but not sure if these stores will stock them all.
