we took a 9 month old last oct and we avoided walking the streets around 11am to 2pm if we were out around that time we limited our time in the sun we shopped in the morning or afternoon. Our stroller was a layback and after a few days we got the hang of getting around. we decided not to use a harness it was just too hot and a little one will only feel hotter if pushed up against you. take your miltons and buy bottled water. nappies are of poor quality so take plenty. we got around in blue bird taxis (the best in Bali)without a car seat we did try to get one but everyone we asked told us there were none in Bali, im sure there are, they are just very hard to find. if you really must have one try to organise it before you go. Dont stress they love babies and im sure you will have a wonderful time.
