under VIPVOA, Murti, Hadi. There is a lot of info from people for and against. Best to make up your own mind but all I can say is as we fly from Sydney and have a 6 hour flight I will always use a VIPVOA service in future. I hate queueing for hours but apparently this is something that doesn't happen if you fly from Perth.
