It may not be a booking through Tegal Sari's ówn website, however there are a number of online travel agents who are taking bookings for Tegal Sari. They might all have Tegal Sari's permission to do so.
It's common for online travel agents to have the name of the hotel they accept bookings for, in their url
Quite a few years ago i booked a villa in Seminyak. It was my first experience booking online.
An online agents' quote was substantially cheaper than the prices quoted on the villas' own website. Prior to making a booking with them i emailed the villas to make sure the travel agent had the villas permission to take my booking. They did.
After booking i again emailed the villa to confirm they had my booking. They did :)
