cheap hotels??

i have previsly stayed at baleka beach resort in legian and i liked this but was wondering wat it was like in comparesin to the casa padma hotel in legian.
i want to stay in a nice but reasonable priced place looking at under 40 a night any one have any where to recomend?
also hoping to stay in the legian area
