is that they are designed for short haul flights only and don't have enough toilets for longer range flights. Now you may think that Per to DPS is a short flight but wait until you have tried to use one of only 3 toilets on the flight which carries 150 people, many of whom have had a couple of beers at the airport and then a couple more on the plane. They just weren't meant for that sort of pressure.
