if you want you can make advance payment by bank transfer to our Rupiah account. Or bring your own currency and change it at any money changer.
We do have a money changer that come directly to the hotel and offer an OK rate. You can get few points better in Kuta but you need to go there with all the cash etc.
For Credit Card payment we do not charge any extra commission and we will charge in Indonesian Rupiah, it will be your bank/credit card that will apply exchange rate.
I think the cheaper way (to save on BANK charges and fees) is to bring some cash in your own currency and change it once here.
