ive done the seat selection, under qantas my mother ( who is a problem flyer) has a note on her file that she needs to be forward of the plane. This was not passed on to jetstar as when I rang up about other questions they didnt have that info.
Thats when i organised the seats. or jetstar might charge us for the oxygen bottles and wheel chair ( what was needed last time my mum was seated towards the back)
