I cant help you with Jayakarta but need to know which city you depart from to get to Bali and when do you plan to travel.
I think High season will be over Christmas/New Year period, August through mid September. Low is usually from mid January, February through May, then October, November up to pre Christmas in December.
School holiday periods will also be harder to find suitable accomodation.
